I am currently the Chief of Agency Marketing for NJ and PA at Plymouth Rock. Plymouth Rock continues to be a dominant player in the Independent Agency channel with approximately $325 million written premium in New Jersey alone and growing rapidly in Pennsylvania.I lead a successful field team that works with over 400 agencies and am passionate about helping our agents increase their production and maximize revenue. Realizing not every independent operates the same, my goal is to help each agency achieve success while keeping within their mission statement.My career in Property & Casualty started in 1996 working for South Carolina Farm Bureau as a resident claims adjuster and I have been active in P&C Insurance ever since. Seeing our product "in action" helped solidify to me the importance of what insurance professionals do.I enjoying spending time with my wife and kids. Currently most of this time is spent being a soccer dad on the weekends, and whenever possible, I try to squeeze in a round of golf.
