Relocated to London to mange the integration of our UK Acquisition Company85. Worked to shift Company85 from their legacy EPM & project systems onto Telstra's instance of Salesforce, Netsuite & Microsoft Teams. Sensitive program of work that also required the delicate management of cultural & personal shift within the companies.- Process improvements saving up to 10 hours of menial task time per week- Realised efficiencies totaling ~$1.5m AUD recurring annually- Saw an increase in employee satisfaction by 10% over the 18 month period

Within the Integration Finance team my key accountabilities and achievements include:o Design scalable & repeatable operating models for our subsidiaries across their entire value chain.o Develop standardised processes for our recent acquisitions.o Lead finance wide workshops to discover and remove our subsidiaries intercompany pain points.Responsibilities within the Integration Finance team include:o Regular intercompany elimination journals.o Preparing the monthly reporting of our newly acquired subsidiaries.o Create Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping of newly acquired companies to Telstra's CoA & General Ledger codes.

Our Finance and Strategy team is responsible for Telstra’s financial support, strategy development and corporate policy functions. It covers a wide range of professional skills from accounting to engineering. The focus is on how to deliver value for the business by providing information that supports business decisions.Media & Marketing Procurement (Jan 2017 - July 2017)o Ran an initiative to standardise our direct-to-customer packaging satchels that saved Telstra ~$300K in recurring annual benefits.o Ran an number of Request for Information (RFI) pitch projects for the Telstra Exchange & Telstra Outdoor Advertisingo Preparing monthly procurement wide reporting and communicating these reports to Telstra Group Executives.o Undertook analysis of Half-Yearly reports and presented finding to entire Procurement & Supply Chain team.o External supplier contract analysis and negotiations.o Manage differing stakeholder priorities.o Managed Shopping Cart approvals & Purchase order requests.o Prepared and analyzed team performance reporting.Prepaid Mobility Pricing (Aug 2017 - Jan 2018)o Overhauled the quarterly performance review process, streamlining it for all parties involved.o Accountable for the financial models behind the prepaid product approvals for a portfolio worth ~$2m.o Developed a first of its kind customer profitability view that determined the profit of each product purchased in each retail channel.o Managed the Consumer & Small Business pricing reports circulated to senior executives regularly. o Created a prepaid conjoint model that allows Telstra to calculate product premium based on market choice.

The UTS U@Uni Schools Outreach program is a key component of the UTS Widening Participation Strategy which provides a whole-of-university approach to increase the number of students from under-represented communities successfully completing university study.The program includes offering an integrated suite of programs for high school students that aims to:- build aspiration for tertiary study- support academic attainment- widen participation in higher education
