I’ve been helping people find the right mortgages for over 25 years! I’ve seen the inside of a few mortgage companies and I’m fortunate to be working at Wintrust Mortgage with a great team around me and all the options and tools needed to serve my clients.Wintrust is always adding and enhancing its offerings. Recent improvements include a highly competitive Portfolio Doctor Program, improved Fixed & ARM Jumbo Pricing, and an FHA Single-Unit Approval process for condos that aren’t FHA approved.Prior to Wintrust Mortgage, I spent twenty-plus years managing mortgage teams and originating loans. I owned a mortgage banking company for ten years called Capital Funding Mortgage and then spent a decade managing teams at Cole Taylor Bank which became MB Financial and then Fifth Third.Some other Dave trivia is that I attended University of Illinois and later went to Michigan for my MBA. I was a ski bum in Vail for a year before graduate school and also spent six years in the corporate world focusing on commercial real estate management and financing.
