Leads and manages a portfolio of enterprise-level web based capabilities for Headquarters Air Force. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end IT system design and management supporting and managing all aspects of the application software development lifecycle from concept, design, deployment and system integration to include integrated risk management and sustainment efforts. Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures high customer satisfaction through effective communication with the functional champions, developers, engineers and end-users throughout the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include; architecture design and analysis to assess system requirements for integrating capabilities onto existing platforms, reviewing relevant policies and acquisition strategies, identifying and documenting requirements, testing and evaluating program releases, bug fixes, prioritizing and scheduling activities, participating in milestone reviews, assessing and mitigating organizational risk, transformational change management to meet strategic objectives and achieve functional requirements.Acts as a SME-Subject Matter Expert in LIMS-EV Logistics, Installations, and Mission Support-Enterprise Viewer concerning operation, granting access, trouble shooting system discrepancies, opening work load tickets, training users, briefing potential customers, broadening user community, understanding the data feeds and legacy systems, such as (DO43, CEMS, REMIS, MPES, CAP2, CIDS, WSMIS, MICAP, and many more) for a user community of 28,000+ users. Migration management of System Data in Heritage Environment into Cloud Based Environment of 7 data systems via collection, analysis, and incorporation of; RTM, TRR, DRR, UAT, PRN, CDR, PDR, & UID,
