The purchase of Church Fenton Airfield, identified for its amazing long term development potential, also saw me support Screen Yorkshire as they transformed a hangar into a Buckingham Palace set for TV series Victoria. I also acquired significant strategic sites for Leeds Building Society, and identified and purchased Photon Park, a 16-acre site that ultimately sold for in excess of £15m.I’ve a wealth of experience in the development and investment sectors, gained during a 25-year career spanning all aspects of the commercial property market. With specialisms in agency, development and investment, my role at Eshton Group is to identify strategic opportunities in targeted markets and locations to facilitate transformative developments.I pride myself on my honest and straightforward approach, which has allowed me to build a vast network of contacts across all markets. Relationships are key in my role, and many of these contacts – over the course of my career – have become great friends.
