My role since joining the group in 2002 has evolved over time and I now actively manage a growing property investment portfolio across the North of England. As Group Director, my priority is integrity and professionalism: we deliver transformative schemes working closely with landowners and stakeholders to maximise value.Our portfolio contains a diverse blend of assets, with strong networks and transport links. Location is key. We target industrial buildings in keeping with our ESG credentials with sizeable yards and good height.More recently, we’ve focused on the roadside, retail and automotive sectors. We’re actively seeking roadside building assets for development in high traffic areas, to be let and sold or retained.Our dedication to quality has seen the business thrive since 2001, achieving strong growth and creating countless sustainable and successful schemes.
