My primary responsibilities include collecting debts from and identifying and resolving billing and collection issues for both companies and Federal, state and local governments. As part of these responsibilities, I managed accounts for delinquent customers, often negotiating creative and mutually beneficial payment solutions for such customers. As a Senior collector, I took the initiative to mentor, train and assist more junior employees. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Lotus, OMD and Oracle.
