With the help of the VBA programming language and Excel Dashboards, I helped the Techincal Support area within VW of Mexico improve the KPI's by at least 5% by creating monthly automated KPI reports which contained all relevant information, automatically sent via Email to the Key Stakeholders within the Area to help them make informed decisions regarding their processes. This project also had a positive impact in that it helped save around 10% of the time of the people who were in charge of elaborating these monthly reports manually, to help them focus their shift towards more productive goals.One of my biggest and proudest achievements during my time at Volkswagen was winning the "Top Project" internal contest which awarded the best and most impactful project out of all the projects implemented by the different interns within their 6 month stay at the company.
