CurrentManaged IT Engineer and Document Management o Responsible for the design, configuration, patching, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and trouble-shooting of: Microsoft Windows servers, databases, group policy, NAS storage, antivirus, Exchange, backups and data archiving of Advance MSP Clients. o Exclusively dedicated to the implementation and technical support of Advance's document management division including system design, hardware configuration, software installation, and on-going customer technical support remote and on-site.o Maintained setup, installation and support role for network connected customer devices, and small business network support, while assisting with the development and expansion of the company's document management division. Served as one of the lead engineers and support technicians for the design and implementation of Advance's in-house, document management deployment of DocuWare and a fax server.o Primary technical representative for the setup, installation and support of all network connected copiers. o Provided routine desktop and network support and maintenance in-house for Advance and for a portfolio of small business clients.
