Following a career working in the Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industry as a Project & Program Manager, People Manager and Chief of Staff, David established Ascent Consulting, LLC to help individuals and organizations rise to their full potential.David's core values of Integrity, Honesty, Fairness, Loyalty and Trust have helped him develop a reputation as a diplomatic leader and adept facilitator who is able to work with individuals, teams and organizations to help them achieve their personal and business goals and objectives.David is also a facilitator with the Rising Leaders Forum, one of the programs offered by the Society for Information Management (SIM) Leadership Institute.Before retiring from full time work, David spent 25 years working for Pfizer, one of the worlds leading bio-pharmaceutical companies. David began his career at Pfizer in Sandwich, UK in 1997, relocating to the US in 2003. With roles of increasing responsibility, David worked as a Project and Program Manager, Chief of Staff to one of the Digital SVPs, and led a team of project managers, engineers and delivery leads that supported the Global Regulatory Sciences organization. David holds the Project Management Professional credential from the Project Management Institute and a Masters Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. He is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician, and volunteers with his local Fire Department where he holds the position of EMS Captain.
