There are programs for two of the hyperscalers.Internal education program measures:* Introduced quality measures to gauge which sessions really help employees* Supported the People (HR) unit by providing a holistic view on the employee learning journey.Work curriculum alignment: * Defined the curriculum for developers (work description, seniority progression requirements, education, career path) based on the requirements given by the Swiss ICT definitions. This affected all 300 hundred software developers, and was later used as part of the yearly appraisal talks. Gave education on this subject to Career Coaches across locations.
