Apart from that the company is also developing solutions to fulfill the expectations of public orders. Since 2015 R&D is emerging as one of the companies main focus, providing efficient solutions based on different segments of informatics.I am responsible for the company’s development section. Supervising the work of a group of six programmers while participating in negotiations with partners. I am also responsible of keeping technologies used by Kensai up to date. As development manager I am coordinating the work issued towards successful research and development tenders as well. I also carried out Kensai's Agile Software Methodology.

Since 2015 R&D is emerging as one of the companies main focus, providing efficient solutions based on different segments of informatics.At first I was lead developer, helping finnish company's ongoing and neverending project related to the Hungarian state. While doing this, we almost finished our work, when a third party related problem forced us to reimplement the whole system now on ASP.NET MVC (from SharePoint). We made it jus in time to successfully close the solution. Other than teh TAMOP project I was also taking part in other - yet smaller - solutions for other partners based on SharePoint 2013. One of the biggest of those is a multi-language publishing site for MOL. Kensai is a place where you will never feel bored, thus always will do something to get better. My efforts for being a better professional helped me to my current position. Something realy challenging, but certanly a fulfilling position.

Bay LTD. IKTI institute covers a variety of areas in the ICT sector, bridging innovation between the academic sphere and the market. Within in IKTI’s activities, they put great emphasis on acquiring information from our environment using sensor based solutions, as well as efficiently processing existing information applying state of the art information management technologies.At Bay, I lead small groups while still were in development group. It helped meg to stabilize my customer related skills, and made me proud of being a leader. My colleges, the whole envinronment helped me becoming a better person.

Infoscope LTD. offers effective solutions regarding PKI, data signing, storing and web shops. Also they are developing unique softwares depending on partner requirements. Albeit I spent only a couple of weeks there, I had the opportunity to participate in presales phase and project planning (i. e. architectural and business planning). In this short period I had to practice negotiations as I had to participate in meetings to achieve a huge project for Infoscope. Here was the turning point of becoming something more than a 'simple' developer, I thank Infoscope for showing me how project planning, management and pre-sales works.

Argeon was developing applications that help customers and companies dealing with digital signs, validity checks based on timestamps, data storing, and electronic invoicing over PKI with certificates and licensing.Practiced my skills to achieve higher levels of expertise. Argeon was a great place to work, I excelled in varius C# .NET projects.

The company is developing effective customer directing systems for national and international partners, that are helping the daily management including statistical modules, satisfaction survey etc.What I have learned at Sel-Lorenz was only the first step, at Onlinet, I had studied the depths of .NET programming, that helped me gathering enough knowlegde to continue my professional carreer. At Onlinet I successfully switched from .NET 2.0 to .NET 4.0 while learnt and used WCF, WPF, SL4, EF, and more. Onlinet was one of my favorite company to work for.

Sel-Lorenz is creating video streaming solutions for mainly international partners, including encoders, decoders, monitoring and statistical applications. At Sel-Lorenz I started development at 2007 and was responsible for smaller yet efficient solutions making the main product more usable. Sel-Lorenz was the first step on my road to software development for which I am thankful for them.
