- Managing the project developement from initiation to closure- Working with project sponsor and steakholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, requied resources, budget and timing- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle- Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion

- Finding the right suppliers- Selecting new products and reviewing the old- Creating ranges and promotions to deliver sales and margin targets- Negotiating prices- Ensuring the products are delivered on time- Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales- Pitching ideas to senior management- Stock control / Budgeting- Reacting to any changes in customer demand- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones- Getting feedback from customers

- Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs- Devising merchandise plan - Relaying the merchandise plan to the buyer - Devising a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility- Allocating certain amounts of stock- Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs, etc...

- Market and competitor analyzing- Preparing stock and sales analyzes- Keep contact with suppliers- Organizing weekly promotions- Supporting range presentations
