In this role I am resonsible for the investment procedures of the entity while being responsible for the financial planning, financial statement, and operational management of the entity (including legal tasks, procurement, compliance etc). As for the investment procedures I am responsible for coordinating the monitoring of the investments, managing the investment procedures and develop the invesment processes and the decision making within the entity. I am also responsible for financial planning of the entity in a short and mid-term and measuring and suggesting KPIs. I present financial plans and financial statements for the supervisory board and coordinates the decision making of shareholder. I also take part in innovation projects as mentor and present financial planning and VC investment methodology in startup course organized by the entity.

As an audit manager I was responsible for planning the audit of several entities including the financial planning of the work (pricing as well), planning the FTE needed to deliver the audit, reviewing the work of the audit team, communicating with C level representatives of the audited entity, attending the supervisory board meeting of the audited entity. In this job I was managing several audit teams on a daily basis which required strong time management. I was also responsible for mentoring junior level employees to reach their goals within the organization. Audit work for which I was responsible consisted of group audit of large national companies, statutory audits of large and medium sized entities, group reporting packages according to IFRS and audit of special purpose reports.

In this role I was responsible for planning the work of the audit assistants, delegating tasks for the team, reviewing the work of others. I coordinated the work of 2-4 persons per audits. I planned the audit procedures of the entity and communicated with the representatives of the entity. I was responsible for the audit of SMEs and big companies as well. I also prepared overall analysis of the financial statements of the entities and dealt with complicated accounting problems.

As an audit assistant I was responsible for analysing several areas of financial statement of the entities. I cooperated with my teammates to synchronize the work within the team and to share information. In my role strict time management was expected to deliver the work I was responsible for. I also communicated with the client to gather and manage information.
