Mr. Barlow is a respected consultant in the commercial project management of real estate developments, infrastructure development and strategic capex investments in property assets. For more than thirty years he has led multi-discipline teams engaged on managing capital development programs, major construction projects and high-risk development market studies. He has been engaged in projects up to six billion dollars in value and commercially managed many prominent programs of development through challenging economic climates. With his unique attentive management style he has led delivery of projects in North America, Western Europe and Middle-East regions. In addition to being a successful business P/L manager, Mr. Barlow has delivered flagship commercial projects for some of the top 100 firms in the Fortune Global 500, internationally-respected Universities and several major Governments on major infrastructure investments.
