As Head of IM Experiences I have the overall responsibility of ensuring that Implement's physical employee and customer experiences are manifestations of the IM brand, nurturing and developing the culture and manifesting the ambition of being the best place for the best people.I am responsible for planning, producing and executing (large scale) events with internal and external stakeholders, and overall responsible for quality of all events.

Events, festivals, venues. Executive Producer for Implement Thought Leaders 2021, which was broadcasted in March 2021 with more than 6500 participants.Executive Producer for Ørsted Capital Markets Day 2021, which was broadcasted in June 2021 with 1000 investor participants.Executive Producer for Veo Live 2021, which was broadcasted in August 2021.

Høst Møn is a music festival located in Hårbølle, Møn. The festival was born in 2018 with 150 participants. In 2019, it had grown to 700 participants. Set in a unique atmosphere by the sea the critically acknowledged festival offers a blend of upcoming and established bands as well as communal cooking and eating of food made predominantly from local produce. I co-founded the festival alongside eight passionate friends and I am in the small core team designing and organising the festival.

Helt i Skoven I/S operates the camp Egegården located at Hvalsø, Zealand, with room for 48 people and the house Havtornen located near Nysted, Lolland, with room for 12 people.

Part of the owner group in Strategic Innovation and Execution. Leading employees and developing large scale events and projects are my main areas of responsibility.

Specialised within project and portfolio management, event design and leadership. Responsible for developing a multitude of companies and organisations towards project and leadership excellence. Specifically the creation and execution of events and grandiose launches such as conferences, tv-shows, and festivals. I am responsible for Implement's largest external event, Thought Leaders, conducted yearly in DR Koncerthuset, Copenhagen with 1500 participants + 2000 streaming viewers.

Predominantly working within the areas of project management and innovation design. Have trained a vast amount of project managers and managed several project academies.Advising consultant on the creating and planning of the Eurovison Song Contest 2014 with 10.000 live spectators and 195 million tv-viewers.

Project manager for NordicLA, a creative Nordic powerhouse located in Los Angeles, US. NordicLA functions as a hub for networking between Scandinavian artists and the LA cultural scene. My role was to scope the project in its initiation phase, identify the local venue and partner, and set-up the organisation to operate the house.

Was positioned in DIBD, the international consultancy unit in DI. I worked in emerging markets across the globe with a) local Business Membership Organisation (BMOs) who desired to grow as political voices and b) Danish companies pursuing local business opportunities through joint ventures. My role was to advice both the Danish companies about how to establish viable joint ventures and the BMOs on how to develop their service portfolio and grow as strong organisaitons.
