Manager-Partnership Activation
Current• Fulfillment of all aspects of sponsorship agreements, both on game days and non-game days, including, but not limited to onsite activations, in-game promotions, VIP experiences, signage, and hospitality, • Coordinate and assist with other departments and Major League Baseball Advanced Media to fulfill sponsorship agreements,• Assist with promotions and sweepstakes including lining up contestants, prizes and any props or video to execute promotion/sweepstakes,• Coordination of hospitality events for sponsors,• Open dialogue with clients to continually evaluate that partnerships are accomplishing the established marketing goals,• Coordination and production of partnership activation books to serve as guidebook for partners,• Coordination and production of partnership recaps throughout and following the season for partner evaluation,• Assist with market research requests for use in Corporate Marketing recaps, activation books and renewal and new business proposals,, • Assist with the development and coordination of Corporate Marketing Interns,• Research and be knowledgeable on current local and sports marketing programs, including, but not limited to Social Media and promotions, in an effort to increase revenue for club, and • Work closely with scoreboard and game entertainment staff to ensure all pregame, in-game and post-game sponsored promotions are running successfully.
