My experience since starting out in the financial services world in 2008, then to the SaaS market leading SecureGive for nearly 7 years, and currently growing my own golf brand, has allowed me to sharpen a broad set of skills valuable to any company.In my banking career, I started as a retail banker committed to exceeding goals while providing the best possible solutions for my clients. After just 2 years, I was promoted to branch management tasked with building a team of bankers to drive branch revenue and sales. In my later years in banking, I focused on building a client book in the private wealth arena while increasing small business sales through deposit and lending growth.While courting a client in my last bank role, that client eventually asked me to lead their small SaaS company through some new challenges with competitors flooding the market. That high value client I was courting was SecureGive. I took the COO role at SecureGive in 2015 as their 9th employee, and left them in 2022 with 35 employees and net revenue growth.My time at SecureGive was invaluable. I learned how to grow a business, build teams, interview, hire, coach up and coach out, battle a giant competitor in the market with much deeper pockets, build a software product, manage marketing and sales budgets, build and maintain relationships with business owners, executive level clients & prospects, evaluate & hire 3rd party partners, and more. SecureGive gave me more opportunity to develop as a person and business leader than I could've imagined. I left my work family there in 2022 in a better place than I found it, and I'm immensely proud of what I was able to accomplish alongside our exceptional team. In 2022, I decided to leave the comfort of SecureGive because I had a new challenge ahead of me that was all my own in Tour Junkies. I started Tour Junkies with a friend in 2015 and grew it from absolutely nothing. We grew it without ever spending a single dollar on marketing. And in 2022, I either had to take the leap to go full time or regret it for the rest of my life. It hasn't been easy, but I've learned even more through the grind. Tour Junkies has led me to develop relationships with companies like Comcast, the PGA TOUR, LIV GOLF, NBC/Golf Channel, DraftKings and dozens more. I've built the business from the ground level to over 200K unique followers/listeners in a niché golf market. I'm ready to pivot. I'm ready to take what I've learned and grow somewhere else.
