Talent Management Specialist
CurrentResponsible for full cycle recruiting, staffing a variety of events in industries such as hospitality, retail, experiential marketing, sports, and entertainment.Create and post job requisitions, source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess a high volume of candidates for various roles. Manage all aspects of staffing: onboarding, hiring, training, scheduling and confirming, filing incident reports and termination. Project management includes ongoing support such as serving as a key contact for 500+ team members (contractors and employees) and building client relationships by providing customized support, such as performing on-demand operational management role at client site.
