Developed a series of microservices using Spring Boot, REST, oAuth and Postgresql. The system was designed to “glue” together the various community colleges to allow students to take equivalent courses online from other participating community colleges. The schools used one of Colleague, Banner, or PeopleSoft systems for their respective school. The systems were deployed in Docker containers using Rancher for orchestration hosted on AWS. Automated builds were generated using Jenkins from repos in Bitbucket.

Implemented the scrum process during a Web 2.0 dev project for a Network Monitoring and Management software company that made the process of entering in data online timely and efficient for the users. Co-designed and developed the excel-like online application to function in a browser neutral environment, supporting major browsers, such as IE, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.

Lead Developer on two modules for a reverse-auction online pharmaceutical system designed to connect consumers, pharmacies, benefit sponsors, and prescribers. Gathered business requirements from the Vice President of Operations and developed a comprehensive set of technical specifications for the team. Mentored several junior developers and completed assigned work within the allotted time.

Designed & developed multiple modules, including Property Inventory and Offer Management, for an enterprise REO system for a leading sub-prime mortgage lender. Worked with Business Analysts to convert business requirements into technical specifications. The resulting system allowed company Listing Agents to reduce the time to sell an REO property from 120 days down to 99 days.
