At Mortenson, I oversee and execute the rigging and assembly of steel structures for various projects, such as wind farms, solar plants, and bridges. I have been working in this role for over five years, and I have successfully completed multiple large and complex assignments, delivering high-quality work that meets the expectations and requirements of our clients and partners.I also developed skills in MCE, rigging, as both lead and foreman, managing and motivating a diverse and talented team of C0nnectors, ensuring the safety and well-being of myself and my team members, and following the best practices and standards of the industry. I am passionate about my work, and I enjoy working with people who share my vision and values, and who constantly challenge me to grow and improve as a professional and as a person. I was also a student at Angelo State University, pursuing a degree in engineering, to before I came into this industry .. unfortunately never got my degree
