Provide executive leadership for the Cranwell Foundation, a private, family philanthropy based in Blacksburg, Virginia that is locally grounded and globally minded. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Board relations and governance, strategic planning, business administration and operations, communications and public relations, community engagement, collaborative partnerships, grantmaking and management, program development, membership in and engagement with organizations such as the Virginia Funders Network, the National Center for Family Philanthropy, and the Network of Engaged International Donors, and otherwise advancing and amplifying the Foundation's philanthropic priorities.

Serve as Director of Business Development & Client Relations, responsible for using market research, networking, and outreach to develop and implement effective strategies to expand Gateway International Group's client base and generate new revenue streams. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Gateway clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess their needs, and identify potential opportunities for Gateway.

Provide consulting services to facilitate and accelerate global engagement in its broadest sense for institutions and organizations around the world, advancing and amplifying the depth, breadth, scale, and scope of their global impact.

Responsible for leading a wide range of strategic initiatives designed to support the comprehensive internationalization of the university and the cultivation of global and intercultural competence in all students.

Teach a 3-credit First-Year Experience (FYE) course for undecided majors (University Studies) receiving Pathways General Education credits for “Concept 3: Reasoning in the Social Sciences.”

Served as the Senior International Officer (SIO) providing leadership for the comprehensive internationalization of the university through alignment and integration of policies, programs, and initiatives designed to position the university as more globally oriented and internationally connected.
