After starting Chorus Letting in Cape Town in 2003, David relocated to Johannesburg in January 2014 to open up a national presence for Chorus Letting.Chorus Letting has now become Chorus Property Group and has extended its services to include community schemes management. David has also partnered with eXp Realty and has a rapidly growing sales agent team across South Africa.David is a published author. He wrote The Expert Landlord for private landlords to equip them to manage their properties like a professional.David is passionate about the provision of affordable housing solutions in Africa. He is a non-executive director of Yeast City Housing, a social housing institution in Pretoria, South Africa.David is passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals reach their God-given potential. He also loves spending time with his wife, 3 daughters and Barley, his Labrador.
