I developed new routes to market in the UK and overseas. E Commerce was developed, identification of new suppliers and the introduction of potential future investors.

My role included tackling the challenges within the market place of price deflation and increasing UK costs, moving the business from a UK manufacturing operation to global sourcing. I led a significant structural change to reduce overheads and improve performance by combining four businesses. High quality and first class customer service continued whilst transferring the business from UK to overseas. Maintained workforce morale during change process and over 700 redundancies.
