As the Head of Program Management Office (PMO), I drive the monitoring and controls of all project execution performance as well as the development of project management methodologies that support our Agile delivery processes, implementation and management of project management tools, program and portfolio management, strategic project management, and optimization of resource allocation and capacity in Sprint planning and execution. In addition, I work closely with our partner integration, product, engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure alignment of delivery timelines while having a thorough understanding of constraints and dependencies across the various functions.I manage a team of Program Managers who provide PMO Governance Oversight to our Loyalty and Crypto lines of business, and PMO Operations, responsible for implementation of workflows and management of data in Jira to support our Agile delivery process, maintain our Confluence project wiki and automation of management reporting.

Responsible for building and implementing the PMO Organization within the office of the Global CTO. In this capacity, I built repeatable delivery processes, established success metrics and built a repository for all Program artifacts managed by the Delivery Leadership team.I also recruited and led a team of eight Delivery Leaders in the management of infrastructure projects within the Global CTO organization.

Lead a team of 17 Program and Project Managers in the delivery of complex, pan-Fiserv migrations, implementations and acquisitions.Act as “Player-Coach”, taking ownership of highly visible implementations, while also stepping in on escalations to provide support, guidance and leadership with the Program Management team to resolve program issues and risks.

Led large scale, pan-Fiserv client implementations. As Engagement Director, led “One Fiserv” delivery that spanned several Fiserv Business Units and including 20+ Fiserv products in the client’s implementation roadmap.Key Engagement - Led the consolidation of six banking entities with assets of $20B into one corporate entity. In this role for Fiserv, I led a pan-Fiserv team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Delivery Associates from across the enterprise in the delivery of this client solution. I also worked directly with engagement stakeholders and the client executive team in the coordination of this solution.

Led the planning and delivery of a program focused on the design, build and deployment of five corporate and manufacturing data centers located in the U.S. and U.K. The program, with a budget of $29M is delivering redundant, cloud based data centers for a leading global pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities included program planning and coordination across 14 projects with specific emphasis on data center site build out; security solutions implementation and network implementation between data center locations. I additionally provide regular reporting and communication with executive management (BT and Client) on program status, issues and risks.Provided oversight and leadership to the client facing PMO. In this capacity, provide regular 1:1 leadership to the Project Management team - reviewing plans, risks and issues and providing project guidance on best practices and delivery; fulfill the overall Governance function, ensuring that required deliverables meet contract standards and prepare and deliver overall program status to client and BT executive management.

Led this short term effort to build and validate the data center technical infrastructure targeted for the consolidation of three People Soft instances from the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Aderant is the leading provider of integrated practice management solutions for legal firms, worldwide.Lead the development and implementation of resource management and capacity planning processes geared towards assigning a blend of technical and business process consultants across a portfolio of over 290 active projects/accounts. Additionally implemented other initiatives focused on delivery quality; improved resource utilization, and improved project margins.Lead the professional services team in the delivery of on premise Large Law firms throughout North America.Actively plan and manage the assignment and billable utilization of the consulting team.Developed and implemented new project management processes focused on improving project reliability and quality.Provide oversight in the development and delivery of client focused Statements of Work (SOW).

Fiserv is a leading global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. Led the Professional Services planning, execution and delivery of a portfolio of client projects targeted on delivering software and business solutions at top 100 Treasury and Financial Institutions. Directly led the development of consulting proposals and statements of work for end users/clients.Managed a portfolio of 25-30 concurrent client projects which consisted of a team of Project Managers, Business Consultants and Technical Consultants. Managed resource utilization, budgeting and revenue forecasting across the portfolio of client projects. Responsible for the scoping, sales and delivery of Professional Services that supported the sale and implementation of Fiserv software products. Annually exceeded revenue targets and contributed to a 140% increase in services revenue over a three year period.

Managed a portfolio of infrastructure projects in support of various Fiserv business units in the delivery of infrastructure services that supported their client initiatives. Responsible for the budgeting and tracking of time and expense related to assigned resources from across ETG.Acted as single point of contact between Enterprise Technology Group and other Client Business Units, interfacing with all areas affected by the project including end user, computer services and client services. Additionally performed project Governance oversight within the Enterprise Technology Group, assuring that projects were fully in compliance at each stage gate review.Developed and managed project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in the company are engaged on the project.

MATRIX is an Atlanta based services firm, providing project consulting and delivery, as well as IT staffing solutions to clients throughout the United States.Planned and delivered over 100 Software Development and Technical Infrastructure Management projects in a three year period, resulting 8M in revenue. Projects ranged in size from 5K to 1.6M, and included Application Development, IT Infrastructure Support, and IT Outsourcing (on-shore and off-shore).Developed a new service line providing networking provisioning services, resulting in the sale and delivery of over 4M in services, within the first 12 months of project launch.Led the development and delivery of proposals and statements of work, and collaborated with sales to confirm project pricing.
