Direct supervisor for 25 Waste Management drivers. While working with the drivers, dispatch, sales, and our customers, promoted safety and productivity for the Roll off and Front Load line of business.

Worked directly with customers to arrange shipments of import and export ocean going container freight. Assisted with dispatch duties and drayage resolutions.

Developed all plans for vessel transit to and from all ports and destinations, as well as prepared the ship for all arrivals and departures. Conducted navigational bridge watches for 8 hours per day while supervising my watch team.
