With over 20 years of investment management experience, my career has been primarily focused on active growth equity investing — small- and mid-cap companies spanning consumer, technology, financial services and industrials across EMEA and India, and within select China sectors. As a Portfolio Manager and Analyst, I have covered 13 emerging markets. I have deep knowledge of Eastern Europe along with substantial international experience and cross-cultural insight having worked in Paris, Budapest, Zürich, London and New York. My interest in emerging markets began early in my career while supporting private sector development efforts in Hungary with USAID and an NGO. Through my work at global investment firms — large and small public, and private companies— with multi-asset strategies, I have also remained connected to the broader investment landscape in both emerging and developed markets, while successfully navigating volatile market periods.I have a strong performance record driven by a disciplined yet flexible investment process and add a fresh, creative perspective to the business. Over the course of my career, I have targeted undiscovered investment opportunities and developed several advanced methodologies and tools that have enabled greater analytic precision in investment assessment, selection, forecasting and performance monitoring.
