I have over 8 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and employee relations, with a focus on continuous improvement and engagement.In my current role, I manage a team of 120 employees across 3 shifts, handling all aspects of staffing, performance, and culture. I work with the site leadership team to implement Hoshin, a strategic planning and execution method that aligns the organization's vision, goals, and actions. I also lead the site engagement team, where I design and execute initiatives to drive culture change and foster a positive and productive work environment.
