Discovered LX7101, a LIMK2 inhibitor for the treatment of glaucoma.Led team responsible for the software solutions to manage the chemical registration and inventory of purchased and synthesized compounds. Led computational chemistry efforts, including X-ray crystallography efforts at an external vendor. Delivered solutions for tracking experimental results of library synthesis team. Managed software purchases and budget. Maintained integrity of Oracle database including creating views and triggers with PL/SQL. Developed multiple applications, including web-based reporting systems, with Pipeline Pilot. Managed development of C# and .NET applications for chemical services.

Investigated structure-activity relationships (SAR) of potential drug candidates in both the oncology and immunology therapeutic areas.
