• Team leader & Key Accounts field service product specialist in the Mid-Atlantic & South/SouthWest territories. First line supervisor and manager of a team of field service engineers in the Mid-Atlantic & Southwest Regions. • Responsible for reviewing and approving field service engineer timesheets, overtime, vacation, personal and sick time. • Evaluate field service engineer performance and ability to safely deliver a quality service product. Provide feedback to leadership team for field service engineer training requirements. • Provide feedback and technical support improvements for non-conformance issues to drive quality enhancements with product support teams in Switzerland. • Coach and mentor service engineers to improve customer service and communication skills. Coordinate and track field service engineer assignments and schedules to ensure customer expectations are met. • Manage and approve all administrative processes and complete annual performance evaluations for field service team members. Provide mentorship and support to entry-level field service engineers. Create service assignments in SAP/SalesForce and customer facing Field Service reports (InfoPath).

• Reaction Engineering (RXE) Automated Lab Reactors (ALR), Reaction Analysis (RA) Mid-FTIR & Raman, Particle Size Characterization (PSC) FBRM, and Chemistry Sampling Systems (CSS) instruments in the Mid-Atlantic territory.• Field service responsibilities including site management of instrumentation, new equipment installation, troubleshooting and repairs, preventative maintenance, and customer familiarization training on hardware and software. • Responsible for parts inventory, site management, service call scheduling, booking hotels and flights, ordering and returning service spare parts, and expense management.
