I am a tax partner and also managing partner of the Reading and Bristol offices. The tax team assists clients with VAT, transfer pricing, corporate tax, Human Capital, international and property tax. We pride ourselves on the depth and breadth of our accountancy knowledge and expertise and the ability to apply these commercially. Focusing particularly on the mid-market I act for a number of private equity and venture capital backed businesses. I am keen to equip businesses in the Thames Valley with a detailed knowledge of the most relevant aspects of taxation and any recent developments that impact them. I am also passionate about developing high quality provision of tax services, accountancy and consultancy, whilst delivering excellent customer service to my diverse client portfolio. As a specialist in my field I regularly speak at events, covering complex tax issues and changes in the tax landscape. I also write and contribute to various textbooks.
