Which means that not only do I understand the challenges and opportunities you face, but I’ve probably experienced them myself, and have developed successful strategies to deal with them.*HOW I OPERATE: I’m a natural problem solver so my passion is finding different and creative solutions to the challenges my customers face - then making those solutions happen. By keeping things simple & straightforward, I make life easier for businesses, their people, and customers alike.*WHERE YOU'LL FIND ME: I engage on a bespoke basis on a range of specialist fixed-term projects, including: leadership development programmes; account management, sales, and service programmes; facilitating and delivering technical skills workshops; and professional executive coaching & mentoring assignments both with businesses and private individuals.*WHEN I’M NOT WORKING: I'm old enough and ugly enough to have seen most things and to want a simple life that's drama-free. I have an incredible supportive partner, and two remarkable children.
