I first began my legal career in construction litigation, representing and counseling contractors and construction companies in various disputes. I later used my construction experience to help draft and negotiate real estate & construction contracts on behalf of cooperatives and condominiums throughout New York City.I also have extensive experience in real estate transactions, having represented hundreds of buyers and sellers over the course of many years.
