A strategic role focused on the development of an efficient, client focussed, end to end digital experience to facilitate the client journey between general and personal advice. Responsibilities include digital advice transformation, managing regulatory reform initiatives, operating model design, and the development of Insignia Financials' innovative proprietary advice technology.

A subject matter expert responsible for developing AMP’s debt capability in support its strategic priorities, the operation of the licensee controls for the provision of debt and cashflow services, the development of best practice processes, and to ensure that the overall monitoring and supervision framework for these services is operating effectively and remains fit for purpose.

Working within the Project Management Office, this role ensures that initiatives and other key changes for AMP’s advice business and adviser network are deployed in consideration of advice policy and process implications.Primarily involved in AMP’s large scale transformation and growth projects to manage the change, implementation and adoption of new business models and software solutions aimed at improving the quality and reach of financial advice.

Actively supported the development and capability of the adviser network by developing programs and best practice methodology to support the advice process, policy compliance, capability improvement, and to ensure that advisers are able to operate with optimal efficiency enabling maximum productivity.

A subject matter expert driving the implementation of business management and advice process optimisation strategies into Advice Businesses via the integration of financial planning technology.
