This includes working for as a Business Development Manager for Major lenders such as Barclays Bank , where I began as a customer advisor and then after studying and qualify for CeMap qualifications progressed to mortgage advisor. Barclays then promoted me to Business Development Manager. A role that saw me take responsibility for over two hundred mortgage broking firms and a turnover exceeding £250 Million p.a.I held several Business Development Manager roles with various lenders doing Commercial, Development, Bridging Finance and Commercial Loans.I then used my experience and knowledge of financial services to start E.H.D Property Finance Limited . I generated leads and built a strong client base mainly via LinkedIn and the property networking events I run. These events are well attended due to successful LinkedIn promotion campaigns and sponsored by major lenders such as Virgin Money, Metro Bank and Tuscan Capital.
