Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):• Working with multiple departments that cover a wide range of ages to find the right creative solution to fit their needs through digital, print, or sometimes large installation design. • Generate and advise best practices and optimizations throughout the design process.• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing and communication projects• Working with junior designers’ work to ensure quality and brand cohesiveness, as well as encourage their growth as a creative in an effort to see them succeed.•Suggesting changes and improvements to communication and marketing structure when new ideas or needs become apparent.• Obtaining quotes, bids and working with vendors to create production timelines.• Managing multiple design briefs at the same time and allocating the relevant time according to the priority of the job.• Keeping current on the development of design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others, as needed.• Keeping current on trends for print and digital designs.•Working well within a team and with vendors such as printers, copy-editors, photographers, other designers, ministry leaders, and website designers.• Being proactive in the presentation of all ideas which will serve to improve and deliver a more effective message.

• Working with customers and providing guidance and suggestion depending on their needs• Creating mock ups and roughs of custom designs and finalizing artwork at customers direction.• Color separations and preparation of art work for pre-press needs.• Printing press setup and proper registration of screens.• Mixing inks to desired pantone requests.• Production and packaging of printed apparel.

Served through the North American Mission Board at Greater Orlando Baptist Association on temporary mission in the Resort Ministries Department.Primary responsibilities: • Leading and training of a group of 8-10 summer missionaries to run Backyard Bible Club events at local hotel pools.• Producing and directing short performances that were performed by summer missionaries throughout tourist areas in Central Florida.• Building relationships with castmembers of local tourist destinations.• Assisted in development of worship services specifically targeting young adults who were working as Disney interns. • Assisting local churches in development of creative outreach and evangelism.• Weekly outreach and evangelism at Church Street Station.• Development of advertising and promotion for Summer Missions program and Association events.
