• Lead the Financial Reporting & Operations team of 20, including 4 direct management reports, responsible for Financial Accounting, Investment Accounting, Finance Systems, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll• Management of the preparation of annual financial statements for the superannuation fund, two corporate entities and 13 investment unit trusts• Subject matter expert for transition of investment assets totalling $30 billion between custodians• Subject matter expert for the implementation of an enterprise data warehouse to support Regulatory reporting requirements• Member of the investment deal team for the acquisition of Infrastructure investment assets and associated investment unit trust setup and accounting requirements.• Preparation of submissions and white papers to the Board of Trustees• Liaison with key stakeholders promoting and troubleshooting solutions and implementing process efficiencies.• Team management including but not limited to performance reviews, identification of learning and development reviews.

• Day to day management of a team of 6 accountants responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the financial information of the superannuation fund and its associated entities• Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Involvement in department and business wide projects, including the implementation of Technology One Financial System• Insourcing investment unit trust from the external investment manager and overseeing the setup and ongoing accounting requirements• Preparation of annual financial statements• Management of queries from external and internal auditors• Preparation and review of regulatory quarterly and annual returns• Automation of team tasks through advanced excel formula and visual basic macros• Review member level transactional flows and investment data provided by the custodian• Monitor and manage team member workflows • Performance development of team members

• Discussion of current business processes and KPIs with stakeholders• Identification of relevant KPI measures to support the Corporate KPI hierarchy• Preparation of documentation to define the proposed KPI calculations• Collection of necessary data, via Ellipse and Primavera, to prototype and baseline the proposed KPIs• Presentation of proposed KPIs to senior project managers for approval

• Consolidated Management accounts for EMEA Region.• Preparation of executive summary, KPI and variance analysis reports for MD group.• Maintenance of Hyperion Planning application for Budgets, Flash and actuals preparation and reporting.• Systems projects - implementation of upgraded Hyperion application,• ad hoc Excel VBA solutions.
