I am the Country Managing Partner for Ireland with DLA Piper and President of the Irish Exporters Association.I have significant international experience in the Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.I specialise in Corporate legal work (both public and private) with a focus on multinational/foreign direct investment. I work for many Irish and international clients particularly from the US, UK, Canada and India. I am qualified as an attorney at the New York Bar and a solicitor both in the England and Ireland.I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1994 with an LL.B. and received an LL.M. from the University of Chicago in 1995.Specialties: Corporate Legal Advice, Mergers & Acquisitions, IT and High Tech industries, Private Equity, FDI and Biotechnology and Healthcare a specialty.
