I have managed a Risk/Fraud team that collectively saved merchants or banks over $1M in potential credit card losses due to fraudulent activity on lost or stolen credit cards. As a Relationship Manager I created an environment in which all my clients could rely on me for quick and efficient service or resolutions to any situation that arose. I built strong partnerships with bankers so their clients would trust me with their payment processing needs. I am very analytical and determined to get to the root of all situations.
