I am a common sense, straight shooting individual who focuses on outcomes. For more than 20 years, I have led both small and large projects and believe a true project leader needs to focus as much on affecting the needed outcome as they do managing risks, issues and status. I am a passionate professional who is uncompromised in my principles in delivering customer valueSince February of 2005, I have been part of Pegasystems delivery arm where I have been leveraging my core capability to drive to "done". Pega's technology platform is truly a game changer for those organizations who can recognize the power of real Build for Change technology and can embrace change both organizationally and technically. I have had the privilege of working with some of the world's most renowned brands helping them drive transformation, improve customer experiences, increase share and minimize operational costs. Starting with smaller focused solutions, I have helped clients grow to numerous large scale enterprise solutions supporting thousands of users globally. As a Practice Leader for Pegasystems, my primary role is to ensure customer success with the Pega technology regardless of project leadership. My motivational drive is founded in the desire to help organizations realize the promise of technology in the digital age by imagining the possible as well as harvesting the value they set out for in making technology decisions.
