At NAB Wholesale Banking where I was responsible for the Development/Production support of all Finance applications. My responsibilities/experience in this role involved - • Leading a team of 10 resources in J2EE development for the Accounting Server and Global Profit and Loss Reporting Systems. Both of these systems integrated into all trading systems at Wholesale Banking and provided feeds into the various General Ledger systems • I was responsible for creating and running the integration/migration strategy of all Finance applications when new trading systems were introduced to Wholesale Banking or retired. This included migrating trading information from the Infinity system into Calypso (Interest Rate Derivatives) and from Horizon into Murex (FX). • As I was responsible for the end-to-end SDLC of all Finance applications I also lead streams of work such as migrating the databases of Finance applications from Sybase to SQL Server.At Wholesale Banking I was also responsible for the Development Management of the Cartoo system. The Cartoo system integrates with Reuters/Bloomberg and was used to retrieve and validate market data. Once the market data had been validated feeds are distributed to all of the trading systems at Wholesale Bank as well as to Market Risk and Credit Risk systems.

At Motec I worked on the development of “Interpreter” application, which facilitates telemetry data analysis for Motec logging units.

At the BMW.Williams Formula 1 Team I was responsible for the telemetry applications. My responsibilities included being the primary support responsibility for the telemetry system and for data collection at races/tests. I was also responsible for the development of Bi-Directional Telemetry system, introduced for the 2002 season. Bi-Directional Telemetry allowed for the telemetry from the car to be acknowledged properly and for messages to be sent to the car during a test/race.
