Partnered closely with owners to oversee the property management, project management, architectural and operational aspects of the company. Oversaw the development of the $20.5M 2021 budget process in 11 buildings to ensure accurate 2020 reforecasting and timely delivery of all budget related deliverables. In addition, oversaw the following projects: • $3.8M renovation in 40K RSF and a 15 car elevator modernization project at Tri State International. • $1.9M over 27 TI projects in 4 buildings covering 82K RSF.• Developed marketing control books for each of our larger properties (rent roll, stacking plans and marketing).

Oversaw all operational aspects of a 7 building EQ Office portfolio (Oakbrook Terrace Tower, Westbrook Corporate Center, Commerce Plaza, One Lincoln Center, 1111 W. 22nd St, Pointe O’Hare, One Parkway North) and a 4 building CBRE portfolio of Blackstone owned properties (6.4M RSF) in the Chicago western suburbs. Managed, trained and mentored EQ staff of 15 (3 Senior Managers, 7 Property Managers, 5 Administrative Staff) and 25 Contract Engineers. Coordinated all vendor contracts, capital expenditures, and TI activity. Partnered closely with agency brokers and asset managers to meet leasing/revenue goals of each property.• Oversaw 77 capital and TI projects valued at $27M in 578K RSF. Rebid regional contracts with annualized savings of $900K.• Facilitated in Blackstone’s sale of 4 CBRE and 5 of the Equity Office properties by making fundamental improvements to the buildings which supported the leasing programs and helped position the buildings for disposition. • Worked closely with asset management to ensure retention of our 500+ tenants and occupancy over 82% on buildings for sale.

As Senior Vice President/General Manager at 500 West Madison I led all aspects of the operational, financial and capital activities at the property. This 1.4M square foot property experienced $700K in 2014 annual savings due to rebidding of contracts, had a large capital renovation plan in place, modernized all elevators, had tremendous leasing activity and was recertified as a Gold LEED building.Provided new business leadership, Property and Facility Management account leadership along with Portfolio oversight in the Chicago marketplace. Participated in the development of our FM consulting office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia overseeing this office in 2012 and 2013. I oversaw the 60M square foot FM account for the State of Illinois IPAM account. I look forward to discussing my background in further detail in person.
