I have been working a number of disciplines over the past 9 years including systems engineering, project engineering and technical leadership.I was project engineer and technical lead on a $2.5 million AFRL (Air Force Research Labs) Unmanned Aircraft integration research project.I have performed avionics research, contracted for the JPDO (Unmanned Aircraft Integration), performed as Sr. Staff Engineer and Subject Matter Expert on a NASA data analysis and gap analysis task, and as an embedded software engineer (C code, hardware interface).I have also been working on some of the aspects of integrating the companies product lines into a cloud and virtualized server instantiation, particularly at the enterprise-service-bus level.I have a proven track record of being technical lead and project engineer and of working with and for a diverse range of customers in industry, government, and the DoD. I have also directed and managed subcontractors, specifying and monitoring their technical performance, writing their statement of work and gauging their performance against it.I have performed benefits analysis for several customers, analyzing aircraft track data with MATLAB to show the benefit to the customer gained by an operational change they have put in place, or to show a potential benefit from a proposed operational change.I designed and executed simulations to analyze the effect on aircraft transponders from the companies active-interrogation multilateration equipment. The simulations required the design of accurate models for aircraft transponders, FAA ATCRBS and Mode-S rotating interrogators, and the companies multilateration equipment.I have experience with mission and operational aspects of UAS, particularly the General Atomics MQ-9, and have served as subject-matter expert in the construction of CONOPS/CONEMPs regarding the use of Sense-And-Avoid equipment.I have experience in the design of integrated and remote-tower ATC systems.
