David works with clients to analyze commercial real estate needs in both national and local markets. David regularly compares lease vs buy analysis for clients; build-to-suit opportunities; and provides information on federal, state and local tax incentives.David commenced his real estate career in 1994 with CB Richard Ellis, representing retail and office tenants in securing over one million square feet of lease space on a national basis. He joined Opus South in 1998 where he developed and leased over 600,000 square feet of industrial space. David joined The Staubach Company in 2000 where he assisted corporate users in the disposition and acquisition of over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space and land.David's experience includes advising, managing and negotiating corporate office and industrial leases, build-to-suits, building acquisitions/dispositions, land sales/acquisitions, transaction management, space programming and state and local incentives throughout North America. David has managed corporate alliances on a regional and national basis.
