I first began as a Relocation Agent and my responsibilities were to use sales and customer service abilities to place prospective clients into new rental homes or apartments. Apartment Hunters (Tuggle Services Inc) is a free service relocation service serving central Arkansas. I was promoted to Office Manager after 4 months. I handled many different areas under this role including accounts receivable and payable, assisting other agents in making sales, property management, collections and various human resource functions.

As sales and location manager: I reported directly to the owner, with limited to no supervision, had regular usage of Windows and Microsoft Office products, high customer interaction, and prioritizing daily tasks. Responsibilities include sales forecasts, setting sales goals, and achieving those goals; greeting, and making sure my gym is in the best possible condition at all times: cleaning floors myself if necessary. Responsible for new marketing plans and retention rates. Had daily problem solving and customer service issues and ensured they were handled in a time efficient manner, while still maintaining or improving customer loyalty
