This is a fully flexible position where I select my own schedule. I ensure an excellent customer service standard while keeping guests entertained. I also help to set up and break down each event bar to meet client schedules.

I was contracted to Motili, where I recruited and on-boarded HVAC contractors in order to expand the contractor network. I worked closely with clients, technicians, and the sales team in order to ensure the timely completion of work orders in my region.

I was contracted to Harvest Strategy Group. I conducted data manipulation and analysis and also ran reports in order to facilitate the management of accounts receivable by corresponding with both clients and firms in our legal network.

I was contracted to DISH Network where I recruited in a high volume recruitment environment. I consistently met and exceeded company hiring goals. I was promoted from customer service screening to technical support sourcing within three months. I was promoted from technical support sourcing to inside sales screening within six months.

I delivered exceptional, friendly, and quick service to guests. I educated them on our craft cocktails and dishes while anticipating their needs. I trained new hosts on restaurant protocols and service expectations. I was also in charge of booking reservations for tables and events in the private room.
