Business has always had my attention. Understanding how to get the best from individuals and teams while working with big ideas is where I find my drive and where I seek to improve. Having spent time honing my communication and leadership skills within a successful family business, I am now looking to carve out my own path in the wider business world. I'm often recognised for my robust determination. I established and sold on my own cleaning business at 17 to buy my first property at 19. This attitude towards progression and self-sufficiency has seen me overcome a variety of obstacles to outgrow my current position. There are a variety of jobs in which I could excel and find fulfilment, each revolving around the opportunity to engage with tasks creatively, achieve innovation, and be of service to others. I thrive in a team environment where I can encourage team members and positively affect everything from individual attitudes, to business-wide outcomes.My career goals will eventually lead me to managerial roles where I can share acquired knowledge and insights and empower others to succeed. I seek to always have a strong impact on business culture and I would eventually like to occupy a role that can see me promoting development in others and enacting positive change.While my business attitudes and acumen link closely to my positive and energetic personality, they are also aided by my humour and compassion for those around me. I achieve a great deal due to my observational skills which lend me keen insight into the thoughts and behaviours of those around me.
