CurrentWorking with the Australian Public Service, private sector employers and not for profit organisations to build neurodiversity pathways in the region. Employ for Ability has been created to provide consulting advice to employers, families and people on the autism spectrum to improve the employment rate of neurodivergent talent. Using a strengths based approach, we have assisted over 200 people to gain employment into meaningful careers and add significant value to the employer. Employ for Ability provides NDIS Supports to participants, including School Leavers Employment Support, training on Employment Communications, Time Management/ Executive Function, Finance skills, nutrition, mindfulness and anxiety coping techniques at work, tutoring support, job coaching, social skills coaching and community participation via social groups (including DnD and other games).
