I was first solely instrumental in converting Deltek CRM to Salesforce, then later managed the public sector transition as NTT DATA Services carved out its own instance of Salesforce from that of Dell -- the first major system transition of the new company. I led weekly OPTICS briefings for the management team to highlight pipeline, wins, issues and new technologies in the marketplace. Also managed competitive analysis for the sector, to include creating multiple dossiers for M&A targets.
