I am Senior Transformation and Operations Executive with a 25+ year track record of transforming organizations and delivering double-digit productivity and profit expansion. I am currently focused on driving productivity by creating best in class user experiences across IBM through process transformation and automation, leveraging on enterprise platforms and AI capabilities. While I’ve always worked in the IT sector, I don’t see technology as the goal. I love using technology to drive business outcomes. I have spent all my career in IBM, having the opportunity to work in multiple fields (Sales, Operations, Finance, Transformation) and Geographies (Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America). This has given me hands-on expertise running and transforming global, diverse and multicultural teams and organizations (500+ people). Some of my key successes during my time as an Executive include:- Transformed the culture of the organization, focusing on process standardization, simplification, and automation while executing with excellence- Achieved organizational simplification and agility, reducing 2 management layers and increasing span of control by 80%.- Achieved substantial improvements in key operational metrics, including 50% cost reduction, 70% reduction in cycle time and 95% reduction in process exceptions.Outside work, I have a passion for developing businesses. I am a Limited Partner at More than Capital, a VC firm established by peer Harvard Business School graduates. I’m also a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of NYC. Beyond business, I am an avid traveler (have visited 40 countries to date), a foodie and amateur chef, and a sports fan who loves getting on the bike and going for a run.
